These terms apply to your use of shorehomeflorida.com, operated by SHOREHOME LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Shore Home ("Shore Home," "we," "us"). By using the site you agree to them.
2. Information on this site
Content on this site is general information about our services. It is not a quote or a contract. Prices, scope, materials and schedules for any project are set only in a written estimate or contract signed by you and Shore Home. Photos show past projects and may include work in progress.
3. Estimates
Estimates are free and are based on what we see during the site visit. Final pricing can change if the scope changes, hidden conditions are found, or permit or homeowners association requirements change the work.
4. Text messaging (SMS) terms
Program name: Shore Home Customer Care, operated by SHOREHOME LLC.
Program description: conversational and customer care text messages about your inquiry, estimate scheduling, appointment reminders, replies to your questions and project updates. No promotional messages.
How to opt in: check the optional consent box on our text updates sign-up page or under our estimate forms, or text our business number first. The box is never pre-checked and is not required to send a form.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again (for example, by replying START).
Help: reply HELP to any message for help.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy: no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
5. Use of the site
Do not misuse the site, try to break its security, or submit false information through its forms.
6. Content ownership
Text, photos and logos on this site belong to Shore Home or are used with permission. Do not copy them without our written consent.

The site may link to other websites, such as Google or social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. No warranty and limits of liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Shore Home is not liable for damages that come from using the website. Warranties for construction work, if any, are only those written in your contract.
