Sarasota County
Shore Home builds pavers, screen enclosures and outdoor kitchens for homeowners in Venice and south Sarasota County, including Nokomis and Osprey. We permit with the City of Venice or Sarasota County depending on your address, and plan materials for homes close to the Gulf.
Homes on Venice Island and inside city limits are permitted by the City of Venice. South Venice, Nokomis and most of the surrounding area are in unincorporated Sarasota County. We file with the right office.
Near the Gulf, salt air is hard on metal and finishes. We favor fasteners, framing and appliances suited to coastal homes.
Paver driveways, pool decks, patios and walkways, laid on a compacted base and edged to stay put.

New pool cages, lanai enclosures and full replacements of old, failing cages.

Custom outdoor kitchens, from a grill island to a covered kitchen with bar seating.
See outdoor kitchensYes. We work across south Sarasota County, including South Venice, Nokomis and Osprey. Homes outside the City of Venice limits are permitted through Sarasota County.
Coastal homes can face higher wind design requirements and, in some areas, flood zone rules. Those affect screen enclosure engineering and sometimes what can be built near the water. We check the requirements for your address during the estimate.
Tell us about the project. We will call you back to set up a time to look at it.
